4-star 2018 running back Lyn-J Dixon announced on Thursday that Clemson and Oklahoma State are his final two schools in his recruitment according to his Twitter account.
Dixon was committed to Tennessee on 6/24/2017 but decommitted after the trainwreck of a season by the Volunteers. He has other high profile offers from Alabama, Georgia, LSU, Michigan in his 20+ offer list. He is supposed to take a visit to Oklahoma State this weekend and then reportedly announcing his college decision on Dec. 19 (Tues) and signing on Dec 20th (Weds). Of course, in the world of recruiting, anything can change at a moment's notice. "The family atmosphere and how everyone gets along is what really stands out about Clemson,” Dixon told TigerNet recently. "They have a very good program that will get you where you want to be and I could fit because they run pretty much the same offense as my high school, which wouldn't be a problem to learn plays." Dixon said he is looking for a good coaching staff and a chance for early playing time. "I want a school with a coaching staff with a good atmosphere surrounding it and some good amount of playing time." In 2016, Dixon rushed for 1,914 yards and 35 touchdowns with 312 receiving yards and three more touchdowns. Last Decision ???? ~Final 2~ pic.twitter.com/lf1NsnYvjR
