Kyler McMichael has been invited to play in the 2018 Army All-American game on Saturday, January 6 at 12:00 PM on NBC in San Antonio, Texas.
McMichael has decided to play in the prestigious event according to his Twitter account. "Blessed and excited to be invited to the US Army All-American game," McMichael posted. "I will be committing to play in it." The 4-star prospect is ranked No. 120 in the ESPN 300, is the first defensive back prospect in Clemson's class and is the 11th to commit for the 2018 cycle. McMichael chose Clemson over a final group of Alabama, Auburn, Florida State, Georgia, and Tennessee. He had early offers from Alabama, Arizona State, Auburn, Clemson, Duke, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Michigan, Michigan State, Mississippi State, North Carolina, Syracuse, Tennessee, UCLA, Virginia Tech, Wisconsin, and others. In 2016, he rushed for 1,416 yards with 14 touchdowns last season. He has taken a few visits to TigerTown including Clemson's dominating 54-0 win against Syracuse last season.
