WATCH: Jeff Scott talks QB plan for Texas A&M |
Clemson co-offensive coordinator spoke with the media Monday to preview Saturday's road matchup with Texas A&M.
During the interview, Scott shared the coaches' plan for the quarterbacks against the Aggies. "Now it just so happens we are going to play at least two quarterbacks a game," he said. "For us, it's not a major deal. It's not something we spend a lot of time talking about. I've said this before, some people are playing two quarterbacks because they are trying to find if they have one good enough to win with. That's a whole different conversation. That's a whole different worry as a coach. Scott said that they don't change the offensive calls based whether Kelly Bryant or Trevor Lawrence is in the game. "For our situation, you got two guys that are very effective that bring similar in some ways and different in some ways what they bring to the offense. We don't call the game any different with either of those guys in there."
