Physicality is Higgins' biggest lesson as freshman

Clemson freshman receiver Tee Higgins spoke to reporters on Wednesday as he previewed the upcoming matchup with No. 4 Alabama in the All-State Sugar Bowl.

Higgins shared during the interview that the physicality in college football has been the biggest surprise during his freshman campaign.

"My freshman year I played slot (WR) in high school so I was kinda used to it but in college it's different," Higgins said. "You have a lot more physical guys like linebackers and safeties. It was a big change getting used to everything all the routes in the slot."

For the season, he has 17 catches for 345 yards and two highlight-reel touchdowns.
