While not his best game in yards, Travis Etienne ascended to the top of college football with his third-straight contest with three rushing touchdowns.

With 49 fewer rushing attempts, Etienne is tied with Florida Atlantic’s Devin Singletary with 14 rushing scores. The super sophomore is also No. 1 in total touchdowns (rushing/receiving) and No. 2 in yards per carry (8.16).

Another standout defensive performance only strengthened Clemson's spot in the national rankings - in the top-10 in scoring defense (3rd; 13.4 PPG), total defense (4th; 266.3 YPG), passing defense (5th; 158.6), third down defense (6th; .266) and fourth down defense (8th; .273).

After a spot early in the season in the triple-digits nationally, Clemson is now in the top-25 in pass efficiency defense (24th; 112.27), matching the ranking on the offensive side for Trevor Lawrence and company (152.83).
