Jack Leggett Apparel contracts go through the university so the Lee will not receive any additional apparel compensation from the manufacturer or university. Lee’s contract took effect on June 18th, 2015 and will run through June 30, 2020. The contract will renew through June 30, 2021 should Lee be employed by the university as of July 1, 2016. Performance incentives *ACC Tournament wins (max 4) $2,500 per win AND $10,000 for being ACC Tournament Champion. *NCAA Regional win (max 3) $5,000 per win AND NCAA Super Regional Appearance $5,000 AND NCAA Super Regional win (max. 2) $10,000 per win AND NCAA World Series Appearance: $5,000 AND NCAA World Series win (max. 5) $10,000 AND NCAA World Series Champion $80,000 Also *Academic Achievement APR >= 965 $5,000 *Bonus Potential = $200,000 *Standard Fringe Benefits Standard University unclassified employee package including state retirement benefits *Automobiles Employee's option of one (1) vehicle under dealer program or one (1) monthly stipend of $600. *Outside Income Activities which earn outside income subject to approval by the Director of Athletics and must be consistent with NCAA regulations including annual disclosure requirements. All equipment and apparel contracts shall be held by the University. University buyout *Should the university terminate Lee early without cause the university will pay the base salary for the remaining term of the contract. Payment can be in a lump sum or at the discretion of the school. *Amount listed below reflects amount owed Coach should termination occur on the first day of the contract year. Buyout Year 1 $1,125,000 Year 2 $900,000 Year 3 $675,000 Year 4 $450,000 year 5 $225,000 If Lee should terminate this agreement early without cause to take another coaching position not at an ACC or SEC member institution, then Lee will pay to the University within thirty (30) days of termination 25% of BASE SALARY for the remaining term of the contract. Should Lee terminate this agreement early without cause to take another coaching position at an ACC or SEC member institution, Lee will pay to the University within thirty (30) days of termination 50% of remaining BASE SALARY for the remaining term of the contract.
