Mickey Plyler on Higgins: I think Higgins is the best prospect in this class. He is a rare athlete. The only wide out I have seen as equipped as Higgins entering Clemson is Sammy Watkins. Higgins is about 6-5 and has all of the skill of the big wide outs. He can go get the fade route and jump balls. he can go get the back shoulder throws. But his top end speed is unmatched. He shifts like a smaller wide out. Higgins can take screen passes and underneath passes and turn them into 80-yard touchdowns like Watkins did. I watched him at Clemson's camp and his hands are college ready. God doesn't make too many athletes like Higgins.

Reminds Plyler of: Randy Moss or A.J. Green. Former Clemson player would be a faster Mike Williams, Martavis Bryant

Clemson offered on 10/28/14.
