Pro Tip if you you’re close with any brothers/ in-laws

Text a generic pic of crowning to them and let them know you’re close to delivery.
They’ll hate you for a while- but laugh eventually.

not under any circumstances hold her hand during labor, if you want to retain use of your fingers. Also may want ear plugs, else you hear some unpleasantness directed your way in the midst of contractions.
