Humiliation usually happens when something is unexpected , or completely unwarranted .

Neither of those things apply to the inevitable result taking place in Death Valley on November 24th , 2018 . I would term it as humbling . They're so proud and so expectant most years .

They know it's coming , there's just nothing they can do to stop it .
