A bad baseball umpire. Sometimes they get it right and sometimes they botch it up badly! Correctly understanding
the rules and applying them in the right way should be easier than watching that hard slider catch the black but they and the “blue” manage to screw it up!

To the NCAA, it’s ONLY about the $$$ and NEVER about what’s right.
They are scumbags of the highest order.
