Really confused about Dabo

I have been told he sucks and is a bad coach because he lost to Syracuse. I have also been told that he went to Alabama, because Alabama wants him to be Saban's replacement when he retires.
Which one is it? Does Dabo suck, or is he so great that Alabama wants him?

Boy, some Clemson fans sure sound a lot like Scar fans after a loss.

Tiger fans. They want Dabo to go to Bama becuase they know he will continue to win and out recruit them. He has something to sell recruits. They don't. They also want to say he sucks because he lost to Syracuse. It's what rivals do. Bottom line. Dabo has lost one game ach the last three years. He has two playoff appearances and that Natty trophy over in the football operations building. If that sucks, I'll take it.
