Florida State head coach Willie Taggart had a rough first season with the Seminoles and it hasn’t become a better situation in the offseason. On top of the recruiting issues and dismissals that have already plagued the school this off-season, one of the team’s top recruits from the Class of 2016 apparently wants out.

According to SEC Network analyst Cole Cubelic, four-star offensive lineman Landon Dickerson has entered the NCAA transfer portal – again.

Dickerson reportedly entered his name into the transfer portal in February, then took his name out of the portal just a few days later.

Three months later, Dickerson decided moving on from the program is the best move for him.

Coming out of high school in the Class of 2016, Dickerson was one of the highest-rated prospects on a class that was ranked third in the nation and first in the ACC by 247Sports.

He was the No. 31 overall prospect in the nation, the No. 4 offensive tackle in the nation, and the No. 2 prospect from the state of North Carolina.

Florida State also lost former starting quarterback Deondre Francois after he was dismissed from the program.

The former elite recruit reportedly considered Virginia Tech and Auburn before signing with Florida State.

That might not be such bad news for Taggart. They kinda need to start over in that area. Have you seen their recent O-lines?? ^_^

Dickerson is a NC native and was highly rated out of HS. We wanted him badly. I want to say if he had chosen the Tigers he would be anticipating being drafted by an NFL team after this upcoming season.
Oh well.
