contingent are the same ones who wanted to fire Dabo back in the day...they didn't learn their lesson with Dabo...have they learned their lesson now that Brad is 11-1??? We can only hope so!!!

Who’d we lose to? I though our OOC schedule was weak.

recruiting strategy going forward? This is a halfway decent time, but we got here through shear luck. Brownell is not Dabo--he's Tommy Bowden. He might get us into the NCAA tourney this year...and it's about time. But it won't mean we're building a program. It'll just mean we're satisfying fans like you who are pleased with mediocrity. He's not the man for the job and never has been.

Except that transfers in college basketball is the new norm. Zion will come next year and recruiting will be improved after the hat

Worth noting, Mitchell's decision out of high school was between Vandy and Clemson. He chose Vandy, then corrected his error in judgment. Reed was clearly under-evaluated by many major programs and wound up at Robert Morris. He laid big points on Clemson, Duke, and others his freshman year. Playing Clemson that year helped him and the Tigers.

This is a deep balanced team with maturity. We've really never had that under CBB's tenure. We are going to be around .500 at worst in ACC play and we are going to the tournament barring injuries. It was obvious before the season even started.

Frank Martin's post-game interview summed up Clemson's team. He says once the four guards (counts Grantham as one) are coming downhill at you, they can't be stopped...they will score. It's worth listening to.

Perspective..............

Clemson basketball has had numerous great runs before conference play started.
Not saying anything one way or other on Brownell. But if you want “perspective” you gotta look broader than last 12 games............

It also didn’t take Dabo 5 years to make and win a bowl game. Nice try playing the Dabo card there, Brad.

This is the best team we have had in a number of years. Brad has done a great job of putting this team together.

Morris, Clemson has historically given perhaps 10% the attention to basketball that is does football. That shows in the putrid results through the decades. Apples and oranges comparison between the two sports, at best.
