NCSt sent agent Andy Miller---whose computer records have provided fodder for every sports talk show in America today---a letter disassociating him from NCSt for a period of 10 years. And they sent in 2012! And still Dennis Smith received loans totalling $73,000 from Millers company/minions/representatives.
What can ya do? Because of this scandal, Miller is likely to be prosecuted by the state of North Carolina who, like most states, have rules and regulations for sports agents.....But State looks to be standing in the midst of on-coming, rush hour traffic in the middle of Spaghetti Junction. Are schools going to be charged with 24 hour monitoring of athletes like Holtz did with Squeaky? Now, thats not to say NCSt won't find themselves in trouble via some other idiocy---they have a long record of doing so. But maybe in the case of Dennis Smith, NCSt made a strong effort to keep slimeball Andy Miller away from their athletes.
A copy of the letter is available on NCSt's site on Rivals.
