I'm not sure but tend to believe you have another item to add to your Tiger Den décor or to post on your garage door. At best, it may allow you to park on Kite Hill.

.... they said it's a New Spring parking pass. Right behind the baptismal and just in front of the accounting office... but I'm guessing they're wrong. :)
