How to slow cook country-style ham without a smoker

Dec 21, 2018, 7:24 AM

I've gotta little over a pound of sugar cured country ham I took out of a gift box at work

I'm dying to figure out how to use the cast iron pan to sear it and then cook it down.

Oven or crock pot after searing? Temperature? Time?

Two big chunks. About 10 oz a piece.

Country ham is just going to dry out the more you cook it
