Anyone who believed Zion would be playing in Littlejohn

in any uniform that is not a shade of BLUE is delusional. I completely agree that the staying true to 'his' state was important to him, but any true athlete wants to play for a championship and that was not going to happen at Clemson. The idea of a "big fish in a small pond" is a pipedream that all of the wannabe's can cling to, but there's a ton of players who would rather ride the pine at Duke, UK or UNC than play 40 minutes a game at a lesser name program; whether it be Clemson, NCSU or Virginia. Zion will go play his year at Duke without being double teamed every game and average a dozen points & make Top 10 plays on a regular basis, but most importantly have a chance to win a National title. A big disappointment to all Tiger fans, but it shouldn't be a surprise. This years team is playing as a unit without egos and everyone is contributing 1-8 on the rotation and we need to appreciate what we have & not whine about what we never had.

You seem to be the only one whining. I guess I would too if my team just got destroyed by Tennessee ....at home. I think the vast majority here are wishing this fine young man the best of luck. I certainly do.

Virginia has had some success in the regular season recently and has had some in the past in the tourney but they are not on Duke, UNC, Kansas, or Kentucky's level at all. Yes this year they are playing great but I am talking as a program. They are above us tho I agree with you there.
