Can't go wrong at Capital Grill, and if you're willing to go past 277 a bit, The Fig Tree

If you are looking for a bit finer dining, Capital Grille.

For Tuscan/Italian - Aria
For a view - Fahrenheit (can be pretty loud)
For Southern - Kings Kitchen (may be too casual for anniversary though)
Expensive steak house - Capital Grill (very nice and pretty formal)
Good value and view just outside the loop - Dressler's Midtown (would be my wife's pick for anniversary meal - step below Capital Grill but pretty darn close for a good bit less)

I'm a Morton's fan, but madkaw seems to have a really good handle on it. Tell them it's your anniversary if you go, they'll go out of their way to make it special... Best free and fresh dessert I've ever had!
