Tiger Football in Rome

Poor planning on our part but my wife and I will be in Rome, Italy getting ready to return to the states from a Europe trip the day of the first game against Auburn. Any chance there are any other Tiger fans that will also be in Rome who want to get together and watch the game? If nothing else, any recommendations on good places to go to watch the game?

Rome and Italy in general are amazing. Love the architecture, people, food, landscape, etc. It is sublime. Have a great trip!

Didn't realize they had electricity in the Coliseum. They install it around the time Maximus was there?

We are actually only spending the Saturday there. We have 15 days in France and other parts of Italy but I really wanted to see a few of the major landmarks and determine if we want to come back and spend more time in another trip. Flights out of there back to Charlotte were cheaper so we made it our last stop. Enjoy your trip though.

There is an Irish pub near the termini station (train). I would start there for sports games. I was there in January of 2004 though and they could be out of business. Good luck!

I do - but we won't miss it. If all else fails I will stream it on e$ECpn from the hotel or airport. We would enjoy it a little more if we found another Clemson fan to watch along with us.
