well sure, since you think that rasmussen poll was right

which had Trump's approval with black voters at 36%. I can see how you'd think, based on that one poll, you'd think he could get 40%.

Only problem is that pretty much every other poll has Trump's approval with black voters at around 10-12% so either these other polls are the outlier or the one Rasmussen poll is the outlier.
