small town football coaches who yell at kids incessantly to run harder and hit harder because they themselves couldnt do either and are living vicariously through 14 year olds. That is actually what comes to mind first.

I have only met him a couple of times but he has spoken to kids sports groups to both of my sons. Very down to earth and relatable to the kids. No, neither of my kids are in martial arts.
