Laptop or Desktop?

They are phasing out desktops at work. Had my desktop worked on and now they won't bring it back because they are phasing all desktops out. Only laptops will be used from now on.
I'm a desktop girl myself.
How do I set up this laptop so it works just like a desktop?

I have 2 monitors and then the dock so 3 total screens, and then USB mouse and keyboard. Plus when you leave work you can take the laptop for pron and games.

Now I have the same monitor, keyboard, trackball(desk too cluttered and too lazy for a mouse) at home and work. It’s great not having to worry if I saved something in the cloud etc.
You can do it.
