I've got gout.
###? I quit dranking, picked up my work out game, dropped 10 lbs, and started watching what I eat so my BP and Cholesterol levels are back to normal.

dranking, red meats, and being fat are good ways to get it
diet and lack of alcohol are the best ways to combat it. clearly, that's not working for me.
got a prescription of prednisone and if it happens frequently, there is a long term med you can take for it.

Hit up the podiatrist and he said I had sesamoiditis. Was a big relief to me.
