In the old days, I could listen to Bob Phillips and watch

Oct 20, 2019, 8:49 AM

the game so I didn't listen to idiot announcers who are pulling for the other team. But now, they don't synch up. The color guy on ABC was horrible. Obvious he didn't want us to do well and obvious that he thinks we're overrated. I finally turned the sound off and watched it.

I don't mind speculation, and discussion, but he was openly hostile to Clemson. Plus he didn't know squat about us.

Bob? Was Jim just some sort of stage name he used as an alias?

Coots had a dude named Bob and he was good friends with Jim.

I think you are mixing his name with Bob Fulton. Bob and
Jim were the two best that either school (usuc and Clemson)
have ever had. RIP to both good men.

I am able to sync up with no problem. I use WCCP online. Usually the TV is ahead of the radio feed so pause the TV a little does it. If you go too far you can even pause the WCCP feed to match up. Try it. Much better than listening to the talking heads and constant promotion of 40 other games coming up. I, also, get tired of them trying to keep a blowout interesting which is obviously very tough.
