dinner. Got some nice Prime ribeyes, will do garlic bread also on the grill, and whatever fresh & green Mrs No brings home. moderately price Cab Sav to wash it down. Having a DB Brut IPA after cleaning the deck.

Splurged a bit. A lot a bit. Was kinda embarrassing, actually. H-E-B had some really good looking wagyu ribeyes. Best marbling I may have ever bought. I caved. Gonna grill them. Flipping about every two mins till they get the right sear/char and not overdone. A good medium rare. Baked spuds on the side with some mushrooms cooked in a crap-ton of butter, S&P, and garlic. Goes well on the steaks, too. Wife may throw a salad together. We’ll see. Some Firestone Walker Union Jack to wash it down. Almost went with something else, but at $7.29/six pack... couldn’t pass that up.
