As reported on da innanet:

"South Carolina added to its 2020 recruiting class on Tuesday in the form of three-star cornerback Joey Hunter (Tyrone, Ga./Sandy Creek).
While the Gamecocks have always been in the mix and one of Hunter’s Final Four, they did not pick up significant momentum in his recruitment until June 29, when it was reported he was no longer a take for then favorite Texas A&M. Crystal ball predictions started flying in for Carolina and at the time of his commitment all 11 predictions entered were for the Gamecocks."

It would appear to me that a writer of their recruiting news wouldn't make them look like they are regulars at being the ugly step-sister, but there they go... LOL

and the talking heads on the local radio broadcast are reporting that they beat out TAMU for this recruit... LOL... but I guess they have to spin it because the faithful won't or can't read for themselves... LOL
