Place looks abysmal. The forty feet or so frontage part of the building facing the stadium looks terrible. Who owns this? When's the makeover coming? Everything else is being made over.

Two ways you could have fixed that:
1) Go to paint store, buy paint, and paint it.
2) Go inside, spend two hours at bar, and take another look.

Are you referring to the old Gulf station part? If so, it needs a large mural of Clemson greats. I would put a Gamecock logo on the dumpster.
