Looking now for a win to be third. If dark blue beats baby blue.

No, we would win the round robin over them and Miami if we were to lose, UNC as well since we split with UNC and state and best Miami, which they both lost to.

I thought NCSU has the tiebreaker over us. Split on head to head, then they have the better conference win (team that we both played), over us. They beat Duke.
Imo, the tiebreaker shoukd be head to head point differential - when the teams in question play each other twice during the regular season.

If Clemson loses and the Wolfies win, we need Duke to beat UNC.

No, you’re just looking at us and State. If Duke wins then Miami and UNC are also tied.
It goes to winning percentage in a round robin format. Miami would be 66.7%, we would be 60%, UNC and State would be at 40%.
If it’s just Miami and NC State (assuming UNC wins), we would be 66.7%, Miami would be 50%, and State would be 33.3%.
It’s really simple, we’re already locked as a top 4 seed.

If it’s 3 or more teams tied it goes to record against, we went 1-1 versus State and UNC, they both lost to Miami.
So if it were a 3 or 4 way tie we would be 3-2 while State and UNC would be 2-3.
Head to head can’t be used in 3 way ties, nor can best conference wins.

Wasn't thinking about a three way tie. So we would need UNC to beat Duke and NCSU to lose to U if L, if we don't take care of 'Cuse.

No, regardless of the outcome of our game we’re top 4.
If we win and Duke wins we would be the 3. If we lose and Duke loses we would be the 4.

top 4 no matter what?

If Clemson wins last game, I believe they are 3 seed if Duke wins 4 seed if Duke wins
If Clemson loses last game, below are what needs to happen for seeding and already Miami won. Looks like we are top 4 no matter what. Congrats Tigers
Now go win.
With a Duke win, Miami win and Louisville win: Clemson is a 3-seed.
With a Duke win, Miami win and NC State win: Clemson is a 4-seed.
With a UNC win, Miami win and NC State win: Clemson is a 4-seed.
With a UNC win, Miami win and Louisville win: Clemson is a 4-seed.
