After all of that recognition by ESPN for Wilkens, you go and give the award to a bama boy. Just bc it's SEC appreciation night with ESPN! What a joke. I would take Wilkens and his love/spirit/passion over Quinnin Williams any day. As far as ET not winning I can understand that. All those guys on that list carried the ball twice as much as ET did. I personally don't think the Wisconsin RB is that good. They have a running back go over 1200 yards every single year bc of the massive O-line they run behind in a conference that has Ohio State. 31-0 ring a bell ????????

Q Williams bis a beast, and waited his turn behind DaRon Payne.
He isn't the massive load that Payne was, but he's faster and plays NT with a linebacker's speed.
He is projected to be drafted ahead of Wilkins in every mock draft I've seen.
If the Outland folks 'got it wrong', I've seen worse mistakes.
Would love to see CW42 bring it home, but i hope he settles for doing another split in front of another NC trophy.

Williams had a great season, and his two best games were LSU & Georgia, both of which obviously drew a lot of attention. Hard to argue with the stats he put up: 66 tackles (42 solo), 18 TFL, 8 sacks. CW in comparison had 46 tackles (24 solo), 12.5 TFL, 4.5 sacks.

Clemson starting DL should be in the NFL stealing each others stats. Q Williams is on a typically talented Bama DL, but ESecPN even declares Clemson's above and beyond. I get how they would choose QW though, with those stats. It's all a crapshoot.
