What We Need To Determine The TRUE Champion

Without writing a book ... we need to determine the true Champion ...

SIXTEEN team playoff

Championship of EACH FBS Conference automatically goes (10 Teams)
+
SIX Wildcards, determined by ranking
=
16 Team Playoff, Sweet 16 of College Football

Everybody lose one cupcake game a year, for 11 game regular season, make room for playoff games

FCS has very similar system now, works very well

What do with extra week, lost revenue ???

Use that extra free weekend in the stadium for a Rock Concert, Rap Concert, Country Concert, Trump Rally, Hillary Rally, Don Lemon Rally, Tractor Pull, Demolition Derby, whatever ... whatever the local population is "in too" ... Also gives our Student-Athletes more time to study for bio-chem, math class, recover from injuries ....

16 teams, 10 Division Winners, realign Divisions every 3 -5 years. Top 8 seeds host 1st round so reg season & OOC still matter. Room for ND, non P5, Bama, UGA and O310 St if they get slighted!
If you drop 1 game finalist still play 15 games. This hurts FCS schools but Playoff revenue should increase, so some revenue sharing or schedule 1st week scrimmage with FCS, games don't count.
