Yep this team is starting to make me believe they are not as good as we thought or hoped.
Just not much consistently with this team maybe pitching but it’s starting to fall off a bit.

Hope not but sure seems like it so far.
Not an expert myself by any means but
I wish our batters wouldn't take so many first strikes (second called strikes as well quite often).
Like to see Meredith try to drag bunt any time he leads off, then steal a base if he gets on.
Like to see Beer try to use left side of the field (bunt) when 3rd baseman plays ss.

Our only 2 hits have been soft infield singles... and versus a guy that has more losses than wins, not acceptable for this team. It’s gut wrenching as a fan knowing there is a good chance your guys can’t even score more than 1 or 2 runs because they simply can’t hit the ball

It really is gut wrenching. Well said and unfortunately about all you can say. We’re making this pitcher look all world so far today.

Well we we got 3 runs on 1 hit so it’s a new game

Well we tied it up but man could it have been so much more. If we could catch balls like wake outfielders we’d be leading 3-1.
