We have a serious lollygagging problem

Jan 9, 2019, 11:29 PM

I saw it early in the season and its back. I don't see the fire, the reckless abandon, the karma ...

This team is mostly made up of players from last year's team. Granted, we're down a really good guard in Gabe, but still the others should have gotten much better to make up for the loss. The exception is Thomas, who is much improved and yes, carries the team it seems.

Someone tell Skara he is not a great shooter, yes, he shoots better, so now he is just an average shooter. Last year he was just a poor shooter.

Mitchell looks awkward bringing the ball up, he hurt his back ?

Reed is good. Not great, but a good guard.

I like that Tripp Lad. They should play him more. At least he shows some fire.

Could go on and on ...

Redemption is Saturday. Better beat UVa !!! I don't want to hear about how good UVa is, they are the Alabama of Basketball, waaaaaaaaaaaaay over-rated.

This is all coaching. Every great basketball coach had tenacity, from Bobby Knight to Dean Smith. Ours doesn't. Nice guy, but that's not what we need.
