Very poorly done, tom rinaldi

Dec 29, 2018, 9:21 AM

He reported that dabo's reaction to dl drug test was "disappointed but not surprised." The true context of that statement was he was not surprised the second test was the same as the first. The way rinaldi reported it on gameday implies that dabo was not surprised that dex failed the test in general. Totally irresponsible reporting by rinaldi.

Context is a non issue regarding politics, reporting, and scripture. It’s a shame being the USA prides itself so much in being “educated”...

I think Dabo has been waiting for this day. He’s on the cutting edge of sports pharmacology.

Wonder if he teamed up with dweeb at the Fort Worth paper. Not favorable local coverage.

Tom Rinaldi, in my view

Doesn't try to demean with his reporting. We've all seen enough of his work to realize that, one would hope.

I'm embarrassed to say I once subscribed to the Star-Telegram...that was a horse-manure article. What a pompous blow-hole.

so I can fast forward through the commercials.

I just watched the Renaldi segment and he said, “ Dabo and the players were disappointed but not surprised that Dexter Lawerence was not being allowed to play in the game. “

He did not say they were not surprised that he failed a drug test.

I dislike ESPN personnel but they still should not be taken out of context.

Just Wow! That is the most ignorant agenda driven article I’ve read in awhile. 21 year olds are not children. They are young adults by every definition. Sure in today’s society we treat them like they are 12 but that’s not the way it should be. Also, to conclude without any evidence the drug was provided by weight training staff is absolutely irresponsible journalism.
