Back in the day, I actually helped on the Mater Planning if CUICAR, right outside of G'ville. It was developed on the heels of the BMW plant in Greer, and it's been worth every penny spent.

when the University of Virginia opened a satellite campus in Wise, Virginia (which is in extreme western Virginia)......the Hokie faithful soon began referring to Charlottesville as UVa-UnWise

Shrug, I worked for GMU in Arlington. VT has always had a NOVa office but it isn't really viewed as much. Kinda expensive for an 2nd rate ag school's dairy program... ;)
