Other than these parents complained their kid got hurt weightlifting where it sounded like he probably was doing too much weight/had bad form on a squat or deadlift. Most coaches worth their salt teach proper form before they let kids lift heavy. If this kid was the leading tackler last year, what benefit would the coach have of letting him lift with bad form?
