but I’m not sure how our budget for assistant coaches and support staff compares to peer schools. My guess is that it lags far behind since our overall basketball budget is so low.
I think we have a good staff, and the recent additions the last two years were much needed. I believe those additions were helpful for recruiting and day to day operations. Whether that is good enough to get our program where we want it to be remains to be seen.

I would compare him to a MLB pitcher that makes a few million for winning 50% or less of his games pitched.

Yes, but basically what I am saying is that both BB and such a MLB pitcher are both making very excellent money for providing rather under-whelming results.

Then you need to make sure to factor in the trans rankings because Quise, Eli, Shelton, Skara are not factored into rankings in the class because of transferring.
