The kid is now a product of that school/enviroment.
After what they pulled during his recruitment ,then trying to cast doubts at others, I hope he sits !
For those that don't remember, Shaq S said he committted,then his HS Coach, then an employee of UM met the limo at ESPN to inform him who'd lose jobs and scholarships if he didn't stick with UM.

during his recruitment. When Gary wavered, well, actually when he decided that he was going to be a Clemson Tiger, sleazeball Harbaugh let him know that his beloved HS coach would be unemployed the minute he signed with anyone except Michigan.

He's played well enough there but I don't think his heart is in it.
Under that kind of pressure, you can't blame an 18 year old for caving in. The sad thing is, if Gary had called their bluff and signed with Clemson anyway, Michigan's hands would have been tied. Firing the HS coach would have exposed the dirty recruiting tactic in a way that the NCAA could not have ignored.

No one is accusing him of trying to sabotage his program. I'm saying that his heart isn't in it. He's doing the best he can. I'll bet his teammates are just as loyal to Big Blue as he is.

I suppose that if we had gotten him, he would have provided some decent depth behind the Power Rangers. It prolly worked out best for everyone; he got more pt and we avoided drama.

Had he chosen us, I would bet his career would be doing a whole lot better, and his future would look a lot brighter. Instead, he chose poorly, and he will have to reap what he has sewn.
