Ramsey’s drama queen ### and brand their initials on him with a hot meat fork.

There was a restaurant here in the ‘burg awhile back that brought in a big city prima donna chef that liked to scream and cuss at the staff. The front manager found him one morning duct taped naked to the prep table.

That was the last of him in this town. Unfortunately he was a primary investor and when he left the place closed.

I worked at Joey's pancake house as my first job. Many of you know it is in Maggie Valley and the line would be for hours at a time to get food. Joey would yell, scream, curse, kick pans, threw a plate one time at the wall. But then, if you dropped a plate, he would yell at you that he had a pacemaker and he needed the kitchen quiet.

I would like to go back in time and kick that old dudes butt. What a miserable hack.

I was 14/15 years old at the time and realized quickly that restaurant biz wasnt for me.

Looking closely at every Dodge Charger I pass, hoping Alison Mosshart is driving. I’d flag her down, be like “what’s up”, and she’d invite me to a house party at Jack White’s house.

Hasn’t happened yet but I’m no quitter.
