I’m normally not a fan of that excuse, but I buy into it with Auburn last year. They ended the regular season by beating Georgia and Bama. They were a win over Georgia in the SEC title game from being SEC champs and being in the CFP. They lost that game and it all went away, and then they’re supposed to get hyped to play UCF in a game nobody would give them any credit for winning?

Our SEC schedule beat us up and UVA came in fresh playing ACC teams. We need to fire Tanner ASAP.
