in the end Comey said something to the effect of she was careless with classified info and potentially committed crimes, but there was no way to prove intent and therefore can’t prosecute. Libs claim victory, cons claim BS.
now we have Barr say that the report shows 10 possible obstruction actions, however there’s not enough evidence to seek prosecution. Cons claim victory, libs claim BS.
Don’t both sides react the same whenever their “team” wins?

I mean, if you want to actually know the difference, it's in part reflected in the 14 investigations still going on with respect to Trump and his family of cretins. Most of them remain under seal. I hope we don't hear about them until Trump loses his power to pardon.

They kid will sit in a boat long after a seasoned professional fisherman concludes that the fish aren't biting today but the weather being mild and sunny with no wind to toss the boat is the only reason t to proclaim it a good day. Dems are exactly like my 5 daughters who at the age of 13 decided fishing was excellent for getting a tan.

Sun Tzu "The Art of War"
Machiavelli "The Prince"
Robert Taber, "The War of the Flea"
Thucydides "History of the Peloponnesian War"
Then when your done reading some books, you can apply a variety of mental models to deconstruct what is happening in real time, which might then allow you to make a more fully formed analysis based on probabilistic outcomes.
