The most egregious thing about the basketball schedule

is this. Our biggest home game, against Duke, is Tuesday, January 14. The CFP national championship game is Monday January 13. What ACC team has the best chance of being in the CFP championship game? And the ##### in the ACC office who made this schedule know that. Tens of thousands of the most rabid Clemson fans could very well be in New Orleans and not be able to get back. At the very least this is inconsiderate of the ACC office (I won't call any names), at the most it's a deliberate effort to monkey with us.
There are other things about the schedule that are ridiculous (play NC State twice in about a week), but this is the one that jumps out at me. Not much changes in the ACC.

we towed Swoffs car first game so its just starting for us. Expect some 10 am football

Are you saying it’s the leagues fault that the Tiger basketball games are poorly attended? I would hope that there are enough fans still in the area to fill Littlejohn after the playoff game. Surely every student at Clemson will not be in New Orleans! It’s not Swofford who is keeping the students away!

It isn't going to help attendance much that we have only three Saturday home games (plus one Sunday and a Friday). But maybe that's because OUR players have classes to attend during the week?

If we get to the national championship and send 30-40,000 to New Orleans, then there should be plenty left fill up Littlejohn.
It's a bummer for those who travel to New Orleans who also want to make the basketball game but the good news is that you will have already taken the Tuesday off so if you can get a morning flight out of New Orleans the rest of the day should be free to get to Clemson for the basketball game.

The problem is that, as I said, so many of the rabid Clemson fans, many of whom are season ticket holders for basketball, may be in New Orleans and miss the basketball game. And as a poster above said, very likely will result in more Duke fans being there. But I agree, it will still be a sellout.

You realize littlejohn only seats 10,000.. and several thousand of them would be students.. so if our team is worth watching, it'll be packed.
