The missed FGs are killing any kind of Mo

The last 3 missed FGs have killed the team and turned the Momentum back to the other team.
So I believe it's best to go for it inside the 30 and just punt if its beyond.
I rather pin them with a pooch or at least try to get the first down.

Even our 2016 team would have lost to three additional teams

besides Pitt and would have gone down in history as just another 8-4 team. No field goal kicker is a huge disadvantage.

If no kicker last year, then in addition to Pitt we would have lost to:

NC State
Florida State
Louisville

8-4, Russell Athletic Bowl, still hoping for a second national title someday. And that was with Deshaun Watson.

We didn’t attempt a single fg against Louisville last year. We only attempted one against NC state.

You can’t say we would have lost those games because the flow of the game would have been different. Maybe we convert on those fourth downs and score tds instead of fgs. You have no clue if we would have lost.

we would have lost to NCSU and FSU. I guess I can take Louisville off the list, but what about Troy and Auburn, could say we don't win those without a kicker?

Just like you felt very sure about other teams jumping us in the polls this week? Sorry man but your track record of feeling very sure isn’t very good.

We kicked 2 field goals against auburn and won by 6. How could you possibly know we would have lost that game if we wouldn’t have attempted any field goals and went for it on fourth down? If we convert those and score tds we win by an even bigger margin.

We kicked 2 field goals against Troy and again won by 6. We were up 27-10 in the fourth quarter and put our backups in, Troy then scored 2 garbage time tds. No way we would have played backups if we don’t kick those field goals. So once again, how do you know we would lose? You are just wigging out like you always do. I thought you didn’t care if clemson closed its doors forever? What happened to that?
