has finally made me decide to delete all of my social media. I'm tired of the constant negativity and bickering about politics, religion, etc. when I don't have to see it if I don't want to. Literally, a trip to the White House by a football team can't escape being politicized by both sides. Unreal and sad. #### politics.
Also sad that the Lounge is the place I go to escape all of it. HAHA!

I can't really figure out why, or what the message he was trying to send was, but it was definitely a calculated move of some sort. And I'm a Pub. Voted for him, but it was a case of the "lesser of two evils". Being a vet there was no way on Earth I was voting for Hillary.

visits have all taken place a few months after the win. Why was this one rushed? especially knowing there was a shutdown and resources were limited. The whole thing just feels staged on behalf of the WH. Not just the burgers themselves, but the entire situation.
I just feel like he used our team and that pisses me off. I know folks that went and it was there first time and it's sucks that it's being talked about in this way. that's just my viewpoint though.

2 months after this. Then it would be NFL combine time and Spring Practice so this "rushed" meeting was the best they could do without waiting until maybe the summer.
Feel bad for the players and coaches being caught up in it. I'm certainly no Trump supporter, but to get a chance to go to the White House is amazing. Then to have it politicized from all different angles, that sucks. Humans are, by an large, terrible people.

has eaten an excellent dinner prepared by a chef.
Our boys just had hamburgers on White House china, got to meet the president, and won a convincing national championship all in the last week.
That's a pretty good story--I'd bet that not any other teams who go there in the future will have.
