The best thing that could have happened last night did...

Aug 30, 2019, 10:24 AM

TL struggles some and ETN has a monster game. That is going to force TAMU to make some decisions.

Will they dare bring down an extra guy for run support, leaving favorable matchups on the outside... or do they bail like GT did and try to take away big plays over the top, giving us favorable numbers in the box?

Tough call on their part

"This is where we are going to miss Renfrow." Glad I was wrong...at least that time.

I liked the offensive adjustments that were made based on

what the defense showed. Pick your poison.

There's something in these hills.

Halftime defensive adjustments too!

Defense definitely played better in second half, too.

Whatever choice(s) you make makes you. Choose wisely.

I would assume they are gonna have 6 in the box, but blitz a nickel or safety quite a bit. This will be at least 1 more than we can block and also make Trevor get the ball out of his hands quick. At least this is how most would do it, but with the OLine as good as it is and the WR's being who they are it is playing russian roulette.

Shouldn't you be worrying about the Tarheels right now?

Why do dogs always race to the door when the doorbell rings? It's almost never for them.

Neither of these two teams are very good IMO and when two bad teams play anything can and usually does happen. The game may be close for about a half but this is a game the Capons should ultimately win with relative ease. If not, five wins may be the ceiling for them this season.

I concur. Actually, this messes with the Elliot/Scott offense.

We prefer to beat you with the run but will obliterate you with a passing game. Shesh, we had 411 yard on the ground with both Lyn-J and ETN dominating. Why not go to the well time and time again.
