If you pull the flag, it's a sack. You surely can't hit or sack a QB without a penalty

The rule is, and the rule has been, if you lower your head and hit a QB, it is a penalty!!!

In the zebras hands. That wouldn't be called in college and shouldn't be called at any level of football. Helmet to helmet sure, but that was a BS call. Happens all across the league
