Kudos to the Smiling Tiger who got the right person and information on how to get ACCN.

Review: I have Charter Silver & the Sports Package myself, but if you are still getting either of the 2 messages, "not authorized" or "Upgrade to Gold", the golden ticket is to have them check to see if you are grandfathered into the Legacy/SPP package. I was told the clue if you do is if you currently have ESPNU, then you're set to go---otherwise, IDK. The re-boot did not change my monthly cost & the only difference is we may have lost some of the kiddie channels and picked up a few others. (The wife approves because Hallmark Channels are NOT affected!).
