in the one on one I watched; has the staff left the door open? Is there a spot/ship set aside or will he be on his own?

I may be a little rusty on the reading of lips, but did he just mutter Hornswagglin' Cracker croaker?

I think the only pending part of Feaster's departure is if he has the grades to transfer (or grades to graduate so that he can transfer) and play immediately.

Is it really possible that he's NOT leaving?

I know entering your name in the transfer portal isn't 100% binding, but I've never heard of a player (at least no one high profile) pulling their name back out and returning to school.
Also, once a player enters the transfer portal the coaches are free to rescind that scholarship and award it to somebody else.

Maybe, if for some reason he doesn't graduate.
That's the only way I see him staying.

So what is his actual size??

If you click on Mellusi’s name at the start of the article his stats say he is 5’11” 190 lbs. A couple sentences later it says he is 6’1” 210 lbs. I know he says he’s been working on getting bigger but.....?

My son started his senior year of high school at age 17. His height and weight were similar to Chez at 5'11" and 190. He hit another growth spurt that year and started college at 6'1" and 210. He was mad at us for not waiting a year to start him in school. He would have loved to play his Sr. year with the added height and weight.

Good example. Perhaps the player stats in the player links aren’t maintained regularly. Smaller stats could be from when we first started recruiting him.

according to his 247 player page, he was measured at 5'10.25 and 188. I highly doubt he grew to 6'1 210 in 5 months.

I am excited to see what this young man can do once he gets his feet under him. From the video I have seen a solid blend of speed and power. Will that translate to the next level, and does he have the vision needed to be a game changer? Time will tell, but he will at least provide quality depth.

As we seen with ETN his freshmen year being able to block is very important and will help decide his playing time.

Don't like the way you worded this because Tavian Feaster is graduating as well. You very well know that all people need is a small amount of uncertainty to run with something so don't just say this kid is transferring but give the entire story so that there's a proper context. He's graduating and because there's so many young guys it may be better for him to get a fresh start elsewhere which is really his motivating factor. He's been great inspite of a lot of injuries. He graduated and decided to give it a fresh start...

I hope that he does graduate, but

He has some work to do. If he wants to try somewhere else, I hope he graduates so he can play this season at his new school. It is not guaranteed from what I have heard.

Seems like a great kid. Really excited about this one. Seems to fit that "diamond in the rough" mold that Elliot likes.
