Here's the confession.... From what I gathered. Chris Finnegan tried embezzling money from the clients we had. He was terminated for it and nobody lost any money because the money was refunded to the clients. Afterwards, the company Cross-Winds Energy was sold to a Chinese Hedge Fund. So rather than take the company public and earn a ton of cash, I was refunded my $35K investment and life has moved on. Haven't heard from that crowd of people in a while.
