Why Clemson Will WIN Monday

I'm sure you guys can come up with a thousand more reasons, but here are a few I found:

NO #1 seed has won the Championship in 4 years (Alabama is a #1 seed)
ONLY #2 and #4 seeds have ever won the CFP (Clemson is a #2)
The lower seed has won EVERY CFP final so far (Clemson is the lower seed)

All of this bodes well for the #2 Clemson Tigers.

I like your trends that don't apply to this game at all, but I would go with Clemson is the better team with more motivation and a desire for greatness. Go Tigers!

Teams that are supposed to be good football programs lose to teams like Cincinnati, a lowlife AAC school. Or even worse, Old Dominion.

Justin Fuente was the next up and coming coach and y'all broke him. Congrats on being an anchor for the conference.

No doubt the Hokies had a very bad season - of which I am well aware, trust me.
That said, their season is over, so I have no one left to cheer for except Clemson... so GO TIGERS!
