Streaming game from outside US

I'm trying to stream from England the wccp feed and I'm getting CBS. Local commercials, but as soon as the commercial is over it goes to the national CBS feed. Weird. Any ideas on how to get around this? I will be watching on Slingbox, but was hoping to get pregame audio.
